Green Immunity Bowl
Green Immunity Bowl ππΏ
Charlotte my 2yo is a bit sick. Between gymnastics, swimming and playdates there are germs. So many germs! π¨
Germs are good though right!? Immunity building and such haha Overall she fights them off really well but a case of the stuffy-sniffles has found its way into the house. It's that time of year. Not hot, not cold.
SO I have immediately gone into defense mode! This Mumma cannot get sick! Iβve got out all the immune boosting things Kale, Spinach, Lemon, bee pollen. Vitamin rich, anti inflammatory and anti bacterial foods.
But my 100% go to isβ¦.drum rollβ¦ Spirulina!
This amazing algae is an excellent immune booster. The list of benefits is too long to list but if your not familiar with the superfood powder have a google you'll be amazed!
