This smoothie is well balanced with healthy fats, protein and superfoods to keep you going all morning! If you don't have Wheatgrass you can omit or replace with Spirulina or any greens powder you like! Enjoy x Ash
Green Wheatgrass Smoothie ππ
100mls water
Β½ cup cucumber
Handful of spinach
Β½ avocado
1β piece of fresh ginger chopped
Juice of half a lemon
1 medjool date
1 tbl wheat grass powder
Optional
1 serve of protein powder of choice
Wheatgrass contains vitamins A, B-complex, C, E, l and K. It is extremely rich in protein, and contains 17 amino acids. Wheatgrass also contains up to 70% chlorophyll, which aids in inflammation, assists iron levels and is a powerful antioxidant in itself.
