Golden Turmeric Latte Chia Pudding

Turmeric Latte Chia Pudding
Time: 5 minutes + Set time.
1/4 cup Chia Seeds
1 1/2 cups Almond Milk or milk of choice ( I also love coconut here!)
1 tablespoons Maple Syrup
1 tablespoon fresh Ginger, grated*
1 tablespoon fresh Turmeric, grated*
1 1/2 teaspoons Ground Turmeric
1/2 teaspoon ground Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Ground Ginger
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Bean Powder
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground Black Pepper
In a jar or container with a lid combine all ingredients. Whisk with a fork to combine and allow to sit for 10 minutes. Whisk again to break up any lumps and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight to set.
This is delicious with berries to topped with your favourite yoghurt.
NOTES: If you have a favourite Turmeric Latte Powder or blend feel free to use a serving (say 2 teaspoons) of this to replace the ground ginger, turmeric and cinnamon.
*Optional but really adds to the flavour and health benefits of this chia pud!
