Strawberry, Goji & Coconut Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
200mls water or coconut water
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 frozen banana
2 tablespoons goji berries
1/4 cup shredded coconut or flakes
Optional: I add a Pea protein and an organic superfoods powder for an extra nutritional boost!
METHOD
Please all ingredients in a blender. Blend and Enjoy! Serves 2.
