CADA Raw Breakfast Cereal

(Coconut, Almonds, Dates, Apple)


INGREDIENTS

1 cup almonds
1 cup coconut (flakes or shredded)
4 medjool dates
1 Green apple cored and quartered.
Add to your food processor and pulse into a crumbly texture and your ready to serve. 

Optionals I adds I mix through ….
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ cup flaked almonds
½ cup additional shredded coconut

METHOD

Mix all through and enoy served with shredded apple, honey, blueberries, cacao nibs anything! Coconut yoghurt is AMAZE here!

Store for 3-4 days in the refrigerator. I like to add 1 cup of almond or coconut milk if I am keeping this for the week for breakfast to add flavor and keep it all nice and juicy! Enjoy Ash x
