To make a flax egg...
1 tablespoons ground flax seeds*
3 tablespoons filtered water
Mix 1 tablespoon of ground flax to 3 tablespoons of filtered water and let sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes until thick and the consistency of egg white.
Voila! Done :)
Increase quantities depending on the number of eggs you wish to replace. i.e 2 tablespoons of ground flax to 6 tablespoons of water to replace 2 eggs.
Note: You can also use chia seeds, or preferably ground chia in place of flax. If you do use whole chia seeds bare in mind the seed texture that it will bring to the recipe.
