Matcha Bliss Balls
A delicious mid-morning or afternoon pick-me-up for Mum!
Makes 12 balls.
1 cup + 2 medjool dates
1 cup raw almonds
¼ cup desiccated coconut
1 generous tablespoon coconut oil
2 teaspoons matcha powder @matcha_maiden
Throw everything in your food prosesessor and blend until sticky.
You made need to add up to a tablespoon of water slowly as you blend to bind. Roll with damp hands.
Roll in shredded coconut that had been tossed is a sprinkle of matcha. Magic!
Note: Matcha contains caffeine and is not suitable for children. :) x
