Cucumber Smoothie

This refreshing smoothie is full of good things!

Have you been over indulging? Time to get back on track with this hydrating cucumber based smoothie!

Cucumber Smoothie Bowl

150mls coconut water

1 cup fresh or frozen cucumber peeled

Handful fresh or frozen spinach

½ frozen banana

Juice of ½ a lemon

Handful fresh mint

Optional 1 tsp freshly grated Ginger, a serve of protein of choice

Blend water, cucumber, spinach & lemon juice until well combined and juicy! Add banana, mint and ginger and blend until desired consistency is reached. Enjoy as a drink or bowl topped with your favorite things. I have raspberries & bee pollen. Enjoy x
