Blueberry Oat Smoothie

This is my Hubby’s favorite. He likes a filling hearty smoothie to get him through his days.This one is bulked up with oats, flax and spinach as well as almond milk for a creamy flavor. Yum yum! 


Blueberry Oat Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
150mls almond milk of choice
¾ cup frozen Blueberries
½ small frozen Banana
¼ cut Oats ( I use wheat free oats)
¼ cup shredded Coconut or Flakes
Handful of Spinach
1 tablespoon Flax seeds
Optional extras I add: protein powder and pre-probiotic powder

METHOD

Combine all ingredients in your blender in order listed. Blend and enjoy!
